Due to the nature of digital services, all sales are final, and refunds will not be issued once the work has commenced. However, under specific circumstances, refunds may be granted as outlined below.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Cancellation Before Work Begins: Customers may request a full refund if they cancel their order within 24 hours of purchase and before any work has started.
Service Not Delivered: If the Company fails to deliver the agreed-upon service within the specified timeframe (5 to 8 business days), a partial or full refund may be granted at our discretion.
Failure to Meet Agreed Specifications: If the delivered service does not align with the agreed specifications, the Customer must notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will first attempt to revise the service. If the issue remains unresolved, a partial refund may be considered.
Duplicate Transactions: In cases of accidental duplicate payments, a full refund for the duplicate charge will be provided.
3. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Change of Mind: Refunds will not be issued if the Customer changes their mind after the work has started or has been completed.
Lack of Customer Communication: If the Customer fails to provide necessary information, feedback, or approvals required for service completion, no refund will be granted.
Dissatisfaction After Multiple Revisions: If the Customer has received the agreed number of revisions as per the purchased service plan, further refund requests will not be accepted.
